Under the nominal air supply pressure, when the solenoid valve operating voltage is 85% of the rated voltage, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve is less than 0.03 seconds.

• MD01-30 is compatible with TH-5830-B, TH-5430-B, and TH-4830-B pulse valves that are 1 and 1/4 inches in size;
• MD03-50M is compatible with 2-inch TH-5450-B, TH-4450-B, TH-5450-M, TH-4450-M pulse valves, etc.

Material parameters:

• The membrane is usually made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM) material.
• Nitrile rubber generally has a temperature resistance range of -10 ℃ to 70 ℃, while fluororubber has a temperature resistance range of -10 ℃ to 200 ℃.
• Metal components and metal plates are generally made of stainless steel.
• The membrane is made of nitrile rubber imported from Japan, with adhesive imported from the United States.
• Some rubber membranes are also reinforced with fabric.

Applicable pressure range: In general, the Taeha pulse valve maintenance capsule can adapt to a pressure range of 0.1MPa to 0.8MPa.

Service life: Under normal operating conditions, the key components of the membrane in the maintenance kit have a service life of no less than 1 million cycles.

Operation time parameters:

• Taking the MD01-30 model as an example, the recommended opening time range is 50 milliseconds to 500 milliseconds.
• The recommended pulse interval time is 1 minute or longer.
